About Me
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) located near Asheville, NC. I received my undergrad and graduate degrees in Nutrition & Dietetics from Saint Louis University (SLU). Certified and licensed to practice nutrition therapy since fall of 2021. I am also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and an BICP Certified Mountain Bike Coach. Given my understanding of and experience with nutrition and physical performance, I will help you train for and crush whatever performance goal you have.

I specialize in helping people identify and achieve their nutrition, physical activity, and other health-related goals by setting achievable and realistic goals for clients based on their needs and lifestyle. Whether you're an extreme sport athlete, a regular at the gym, or simply working towards a healthier lifestyle, I am happy to help you achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals! Ride Along/Trail Guide

You choose the destination/trails. Begins with skills warm up. I will lead or follow along the trails. We will find, discuss and practice skills on various features along the trail. Wrap-up involves reviewing and recommending skills and areas for further practice.
